We urge all trade customers to ensure that they are up to date with all our product information and images. Many of our products change over time in an effort to improve on quality and price.

It is best to check back on our website every 2 weeks to check for any updates on descriptions or product images which may prompt you to change the information that you provide to your customers such as your website.

Downloadable versions of our latest images for our products are available for 95% of our products. Simply log into your online account and visit a product page to see a link to the images. Further information is provided via links on each product such as vacuum packing and memory foam which is benificial to you and your customers.

Our base warranty information is available online for those that include one such as our memory foam mattresses (links available on product page). We urge you to keep up to date with this information as well as our Terms of Sales which is included with our price list (if you require a new price list, please contact us).

I would also like to inform you that Customer statements are now available online through our website. The are updated every Friday and you will receive an email to inform you of this update.

We will soon be giving all customers bar code numbers for all our main products very soon so that you can use them to be more recognised by shopping sites such as Google Shopping, we will email all customers once this information is live.

If you are an existing customer but do not have an online account, please contact us so we can set this up.

We would like to remind all customers that we and our couriers do not operate on UK Bank Holidays, upcoming we have 2 standard Bank Holidays but with the Queens Diamond Jubliee being declared as a Bank Holiday, our couriers will not be operating on that given day, thus no orders can be dispatched. 

Dates are as follows:

• Monday 7th May 2012
• Monday 4th June 2012 (also the Queens Birthday apparently!)
• Tuesday 5th June 2012 (Diamond Jubilee)
